Hi everyone. Had a nice time at the XDRL race at MIR yesterday although it was rained out at 8pm and had to finish this morning. Have some work to do before Monday morning so could not go back for eliminations. It's live on X-DRL.com though. Spent a lot of time with the Freeman Bros. doorslammer racing team. Great stories. Nice to see Malcolm Durham's sons Bernard and Bryon and Bernard's son Mitchell and their cousin Darrell. Spoke with Sonny Leonard and Pat Musi and Quain Stott and FC racer Leroy Dewdney. Nice to see Roger Richards, who gave me a tasty diet Cheerwine from SC! The X-DRL is a pretty nice circuit. Good luck to them as they try to tune the product to win more fans in this tough economy. bp

Hi everybody. Hope you had a good day. Lightning strike near the Zeus Studios in Myrtle Beach fried Jeff's electronics and gave us the night off. We will have to reschedule Frank Iaconio yet again! Hope it is nicer where you are. Beautiful here in Maryland. Denise returns from her week out West tomorrow night. She went for a leisurely surprise visit and then found that her folks had successfully sold their house the same week! So they all spent the week going through decades of stuff to decide what to keep and what to give away. Jason is inheriting a pocket watch from the 1800s. Super nice. And Denise is shipping a vintage bedroom set and ice chest to our house. Hey, I thought we were trying to streamline as WE prepared for retirement! Oh well, family heirlooms are important. bp

Myrtle Beach you say?? I plan to be there next spring. Are the Zeus Studios open to the public, or D'Listers?? Could we tour it, or see a show, (If we go on a Mon. night??) Just wondering.....
