“They invade our space, and we fall back. They assimilate countless worlds, and we fall back. Not again. Not this time. The line must be drawn here! This far, no further! And I will make them pay for what they have done!” – Captain BP, Star Trek: First Contact

Today's job is triming out the foyer entry wall. Tedious work, I'm thinking I should have just painted the wall, as the job would have been a distant memory by now.

Love it, Gary! I have to admit, it is so nice to log on and not see 100-200 'Notifications' that I have to trudge through!

Getting up to 56 today. Sunny already. I've taken out the recyclables and sent Jason off to work. Looking forward to a productive day!

PS. Government shutdown day one. We were prepared and all of us are ready to spring back into action when called.

But not Tia... she is flying to Switzerland to go skiing! :) bp

Morning.

That is epic!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I woke up to 32 degrees and it dropped several degrees over the next hour but up to 39 now. I was on the phone with Dish to see if I could drop the cost of my bill and came out the other end with almost the same channels and $42.00 to the good per month. We received our Samsung smart phones yesterday and I am in the process of trying to figure things out to get them working. No plans for the day just phones, watch the dog sleep and the snow melt. Pretty exciting huh?
