Evenin'. Busy day today, trying to get as much stuff done as possible, so I won't be in too much trouble we we return. Short/Long weekend trip, but it will be fun with the Kids & Grandkids and Great Grandpartents. If all goes according to plan we'll be stopping at the Little Brown Church (in the vale) in Nashua Sunday morning, on the way home.

Evening. I've been sick again since Sunday. At the Doctor yesterday and today. See the Oncologist tomorrow. Dread.

Evening. Hang in there Boyd. 59/61 today with overcast skies. A little cool outside when I took off for grocery shopping and breakfast. Two of the local Arbys closed this week and I heard we are getting a Freddys (https://freddysusa.com/menu/) and my stepson from Vegas told me they are second only to Inn-N-Out burgers. That is pretty goota. No plans for tomorrow but I am sure something will pop up. :D :D :D

Morning. Hang in there Boyd, we are with you.
I have been busy from sun up to sun set for the last few days but yesterday in the 83 degree heat and humidity was brutal. It was very tiring but a satisfying feeling of accomplishment too. One of Sharon's co-workers is going to clean the front of the house and trim a maple tree that is trying to move in the upstairs so I won't have to be on the extension ladder some 20+ feet in the air. Not only that but man handling that 24' fiberglass ladder is not any fun. I used to be able to muscle it around but anymore it tells me "Nope, ain't happening." Ladder 1 - Jack 0. :D :D :D

I have been thinking about Boyd ever since Susan sent me an email as to his recent episode with cancer. We have all had our share of health issues but how many of us would have the tenacity that our friend Boyd has in what seems like his never ending battle. To stand in his shoes would have worn many of us out to near exhaustion by now but he continues to fight like a boxer swinging lefts, rights, upper cuts and any other type of blow to overcome the odds against him. Luckily he has his wonderful wife Susan at his side to hold him up when he starts to crumble, what a blessing.
I want to nominate Boyd as "Head Butt Kicker" in the Draglist Hall of Fame over health problems.
If anyone deserves it he surely does.

Jack votes "I" for Boyd.
Sharon votes "I" for Boyd.

All in favor say "I"
