Hi, guys. Seems I'm only getting the opportunity to check in on weekends!

Went to the USA-1 Dragfest with Jack Redd yesterday and saw tons of friends. Photos on the draglist Facebook page later.

It's our anniversary today, but Denise went to New York yesterday to catch My Fair Lady on Broadway with friends, so we are going super low key for a celebration. Doing some laundry, kitchen cleanup, and grocery shopping, but then we will go out to see Bohemian Rhapsody at the movies and grab dinner.

I got up early and made a Starbucks run for her, so that was a good start.

Have a great week and thanks to my fellow vets! bp

Congrats to bp and Denise. How many years now?
Up to about 45 today so it wasn't too bad out for working. Wow, Sharon and I worked ourselves to the limit today. Dropped the Honda off to have the winter tires put on, over to her mom's and cleaned out the garage, loaded metal shelving in the S 10, back home and dropped everything off, back to her mom's to load the dehumidifier, more shelving and the rocker recliner, home to dump it off, back over to take the doors off the curio cabinet and more shelving, back home to drop it off, back over to pick up the Honda, over to mom's to load the cabinet, home and had the neighbor guy help me take the cabinet in the house as Sharon was wore out by now, took a nap, got up and cleaned up to go to an Amish funeral. That was a new experience as they had it in an extended part of the garage where they hold church and we were one of the few English there. Had supper at an Amish restaurant at 7:30 and I never eat that late so I told Sharon we had to stay up till midnight to get it all digested and she said, "Nope."

Evening folkz. Low 30's and mostly cloudy today with patches of sunshine now and then. Brrrr. Yesterday we hauled another load of stuff from mom's house, got the winter tires put on the Honda and planted some mums at the church and here at home. Today we went shopping for shoes for me and Sharon came home with a pair but not me, story of my life, then to a home store where we bought some things for the living room and dining room, back home and to Bible study in the afternoon, up to my next oldest brother's house for pizza and a salad for his birthday. Sharon started singing happy birthday and he told her he was going to throw her out of the house if she kept that up!!! Ha ha. We talked for about two hours and Sharon was starting to melt from the day we had so we came home to rest for the evening. :D :D :D
