Hope you Guys have a great time.
Removed all the pavers by the entry door, raised and re-leveled the base and set them back, yesterday and this morning. Then tore out the bottom 2 steps, and put a concrete footing under those. They were tipping bad enough that the steps were getting a little dangerous in the winter. Monday the plan is to put a footing under the third step & reset the pavers around them. Then pull the pavers out on the ground level and get them back where they were 20 years ago. They have a pretty good sag in the middle. There's a storm sewer line, fed by the down spouts, that I think may be causing a mini sink hole. Then I plan to power wash everything to get the years of grim off & give them a coat of paver sealer to bring the original color back a little I hope. Then broom some paver sand in the cracks to lock them in place, hopefully good for another 20 years or until we sell the place.
