Sorry to hear that, Gary. I have been in a tizzy at work, catching up on stuff and have not been around. Hoping to hear good news soon. bp

Evenin'. 49°f @ 8:17pm. Back home for the night. There's a new CAT track loader, working on a street project a couple blocks from the hospital. I was hoping to get it lettered tomorrow, but the weatherman may have other ideas. If there's a break in the rain, maybe I can get the easy stuff done? Turning to snow on Sunday, but melting by Monday or Tuesday.

They sent us all home for a snow emergency two days ago. I got tired of waiting for buses and took an Uber. Yesterday morning it was so cold that I pulled the door handle off my car trying to open it. Today it was not bad. Outpatient surgery tomorrow. If the results are good, I'm off the meds I've had to take since 2017. Lebanon PA Dragfest after that. Hopefully, I'll be able to attend without much trouble. No rest for the wicked! bp

Praying the results are good BP. We got some good news this am too. I woke up about 3:30a and decided to just start the day. I cut vinyl for that track loader, well, everything but the vinyl for the boom. I have to peal a CAT logo off that first and setting out in the cold, it's a pain to get off. Weather is supposed to really turn south over the next couple days. It's misting now. I stopped at the hospital to catch the Dr. making his usual rounds @5am. Cheryl had a good night, If she can do that for another 24 hours or so, I may be able to bring her home.
Sounds like a good day for good news all around.
Got the track loader lettered (less boom) for now. I'll spend the day doing sign stuff & then head back to see how her day went.
''Life is Good'' as WC says.

That's for sure! The procedure went well today and we'll get the results within 10 days or so. Tomorrow Denise and I head up to Lebanon PA for the Drag Fest and Legion of Honor. My sister Nancy is driving over from Cleveland, too, so it will be fun to introduce them around to all the drag racing crazies. Wow... we had three DL Super Crew folks on the "inside" at the same time today! Praying for best results all around. bp

32°f and cloudy, light snow last night. Very small baby steps forward today, so far. We need to string more of those together before we get too optimistic.

That's great, Gary! Had a fun weekend in Lebanon, Pennsylvania, for the Drag Fest. Jack Redd was awarded the Nostalgia Drag Racing Person of the Year! I was inducted into the National Nostalgia Drag Racing Association Legion of Honor, which was very humbling. Denise was there with me and sister Nancy drove six hours from Cleveland to join in. It was super fun seeing everyone.
