The weak spot is probably the scanner, not the PC. I wonder if you can go to a Kinkos or similar company and get a high resolution scan... bp

Jim are you going to be at 66 tomorrow? We are going to test Jeff's camaro. I am having trouble retrieving that video of the World Series 2011. I've had to upgrade my computer & also the Movie program & now I can't get to it. I can see the thumbnail but when I click on it the file is empty. I'm not giving up yet though. I've found a little of the original footage. I'll be able to reconstruct it if I can just find the rest.

I will try to end your pics and see if they can be used. Thanks, AJ

If they need them sent direct to get higher res. let me know. They loose a little being sent through Photobucket.
With it being in the 50's, humidity in the 20's & partly sunny it didn't even occur to me to check the web site for a weather related cancellation.
That would have been some good air for us. Maybe next year.

I wonder how many would have showed if they had not cancelled. I wonder if Byron, Cordova, Great Lakes, Havana and 41cancelled. NHRA ran yesterday till it rained before semis. It was what 52F? Set all kinds of records.
In the early 70s we started at Oswego in March in 35 40 degree weather. Sometimes snow piles would be along track. No spraying VHT etc.
Of course the average cars were not as quick today's bracket cars. But some RTE's were in 10s and 9s.
Cordova still hosts a Hangover Race on New Years if dry. US 30 used to do that.
