Hit 196.2 today! I'm coming for ya, Wheelz! :D bp
Ay yi yi yer killin' me man!!!!!! Down to 172.6 fully dressed Saturday morning but
it fluctuates several pounds to the upward side all the time. I know I am going to
be buying some new belts soon or I will be able to do a double wrap with them. I
went for some rehab exercises for my back and if I ever start doing them it will
tighten up my flabby stomach muscles. Haven't had but a half dozen sodas and ice
teas in the last two months and have been sticking to just water. I want to see what
it does to my A1C for my diabetes on my next doctor's visit. Last visit she told me
that I lost a few pounds over the winter where most of her patients gained 10 lbs. :D

That's good... you are safe... My muscles and bones alone weigh at least 175. My target I think is likely 192... maybe 190 at the absolute skinniest.

Should have seen me out there playing volley ball against the 20 and 30 somethings today at work. Didn't suck. Made several points. Fell on my ass in the sand a few times. It was all good.

But my arms feel like they have been punched repeatedly! For someone who does dumbbells every other day, I have found some muscles that have not been used in a while!

The last time I remember playing volley ball was 1983... :D bp

Yep sore muscles come with the territory when aging. What do the people you work with
say about your weight loss? I still can't get over standing right next to you and not knowing
who you were at Quaker City!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Sharon told me she could get her arms around
you when she hugged you this year. Not so several years ago. Gorilli is just astounded. :D

Yes, they are continually amazed. I've worked there since 2002, so I'm always running into folks I haven't seen in years.

I also think I did a minor tear in my chest muscle while playing volleyball. I felt a little burning tear that day, but felt it again today. Might not be able to lift weights for a while. bp

My new way of eating, which has eliminated gummy bears and mostly potatoes,I've lost 6 pounds. I'm going to miss gummy bears. It seems BBQ sauce will raise my glucose readings also. Sugar in it I guess

Potatoes, bread, even fruit has sugars, root vegetables carrots & etc. Just watch your amounts and cut back the portions is the main thing. It will take you about three months of thinking your going to die from hunger before you will notice you can't eat as much as you did before. One main thing is learn to know when your appetite is satisfied and STOP eating at that point. Pay attention to what you are doing while eating. Less in = More off = Less sugar.
