Yes, got to fix that, John! I'm aiming for 195 as my final weight, so that will be 145 total... so I WILL lose a full Billy Mac by April or so. bp

Yesterday I was going through some photos on CD's that I had stashed and came across the pictures
from the first Funny Car Nats at Marion and there you were in full form, I am going to wait till I get
some pictures from this year's DL Nats before I post them. You may be half the man you use to be but in my
eyes you are bigger than ever for what you have done because I know what kind of determination
and will power it takes to do what you have accomplished. Congrats again my little friend. :D

Thanks very much, Wheelz!

I'm actually at a pretty much maintenance mode and I have to adjust my strategy.

I'm at the point where I can't use simple calorie deficits to lose the last 10 lbs. That's because I don't want to lose any muscle instead.

I have started weight lifting to gain a little muscle and lose the fat. I've traded about three pounds for three pounds in February.

I've been as low as 208 but at 213 sitting here tonight. I recently realized that I probably won't see the 190s (at least not the mid 190s). Not without cutting into muscle. I bought a fancy new scale that weighs muscles, bones, and fat. I found out that my bones and muscles alone weigh 183 lbs.! So when I get to 200-203, I should be have about ten percent body fat. That might take a while... but going to see how much I can do by April 1 in a final push. Will I be a fool? :D

Thanks again for the kind words. bp

Hi guys. New milestones today. 208 (flat) is an all time low.... haven't been this light since my 10th high school reunion in 1986.

Also just bought three pairs of size 34 jeans. That's a first since my Navy days in 1977...

Almost done... 200 flat is the ultimate goal. bp

Absolutely fantastic, BP. Unbelievable. Not many people can do what you did. You look GREAT and I'm proud to know you. This is one of many things you do that put you in a class by yourself! WC1

Hit 204 flat today. Lowest since I was 20 and in the Navy. Planned on 200... but might dip into the 190s just to see if I can! bp
