Thanks, John. Well, 232 this morning, so only 7 lbs away from my June 26 goal of 225. That will be 115 since Jan 1 last year and exactly 100 since June 26 last year when I decided to get serious. bp

229.4 today... 4.4 more to go by the 26th...

OK, confession time. My sister Nancy came down right after this post and we went out DAILY, eating and drinking and having a great time. Bottom line, my one year anniversary came and I made it to 230, but not 225. So 95 lbs. from June 26, 2012, to June 26, 2013, but 110 from Jan. 1, 2012, to June 26, 2013. I'll take it!

On June 26, I reset my goal weight from 225 to 190 and gave myself until Christmas. So that's the new plan. Thanks for following along! bp

Ok... got that 225.0 today. A nice 4th of July present! It's funny, the holidays are good to me. It was last Labor Day that I went under 300 for the first time since the mid 1990s. Pretty amazing. Gonna put up a website for folks who are struggling with this so that I can share the secret. bp
