A great piece on Malcolm Bill. Some little know facts about Malcolm.
He was the mechanic for Roger Penske's Corvette when Roger raced in the SCCA mid-Atlantic Region.
He was an original member of the S & S Parts Racing Team.
Monk Reynolds, publisher of Eastern Drag News named him the "D.C. Lip" after then Cassius Clay,
in the paper ads promoting his match races.

Thanks, guys. We did a good half hour of interviews, from which they pulled those parts. The producer hopes to do an expanded show on Malcolm one day. He can use the other stuff. We did get into the DC Lip thing (although I didn't mention it by name) but I did say that they used it a la Muhammad Ali for promotion. Talked about a lot of other things, too. It was a lot of fun to do. Thanks to Malcolm's family for asking me. bp
