Been a while since I've checked in here - obviously. Gorrilla's going to be throwing nanners at me :)

Nothing to report, been busy with other things, and saving some money. It's still looking the same, except for the spiders that have taken up residence in the carbon nose.

Crew chief #1 is doing is final internship now and will graduate at the end of the summer. He majored in sports management and is interning at the Colorado Springs Sports Corp doing event management. They do about any kind of event you can imagine from 5K's to amateur olympics to the Pikes Peak Hillclimb - neat stuff. He still doesnt' have a real job lined up, but he's getting some good experience this summer.

Crew chief #2 is halfway through a degree in mechanical engineering and is interning at American Trim in Wapakoneta (John Glenn's hometown) for the summer.

Crew chief #3 is a sophomore in HS and is learning to drive this summer. He's now taller than his mom and is probably going to pass me up shortly. (Middle brother is 6-2 now  )

Heading to the Blue Suede Cruise at Norwalk this Saturday if anyone else is making the trip I'll see y'all there.

Wow, I can't believe how old I am when you tell me of how the kids have grown. No nanners needed at this time!!!!!!!!!!
You can come back more often as Bill has no amount of posts limited here.

I guess if I check in every year and a half or so....

My 'new project' got old and didn't go anywhere.

I did some horse tradin' a week or so ago. The Olds was shoved into a shiny box and went off to its new home in Las Vegas. The rolling box brought its replacement back to me a couple days later.

I'll get some pics of it for you guys, but the short of it is that this truck

is in my shop :D

It's a roller.

I've got a 526 hemi with KB block and BAE fuel heads to go in it. Still need a tranny - will probably go the powerglide route.

Goal is to run NDRL nostalgia 7.0 index class and whatever stuff I find around local.
