A major influence on Jimi Hendrix, Otis Redding, Phil Walden, and many of the Stax Records' musicians. He was a musician's musician...never became famous like his followers did, but held in the highest esteem by his peers. Rest in peace and play guitar in Heaven, Johnny! WC1
