Vicki called me at 1:20 or so ...Levon had just passed....He really influenced,mentored my girl's music career....His MidNight Rambles in WoodStock were star studded and Bitchin' affairs... He was good right up to the end of his time on earth.......

With Levon's illness and passing, I thought a lot about you, Vicki, Alexis and Ray, Wally. My sincere condolences and prayers are with you all and with Levon's family. He was truly a great man.
