R.I.P. to another T.V. icon.

A true television icon. The characters he portrayed were always warm and lovable.(Sheriff Andy Taylor and lawyer Ben Matlock).
Also of very funny storyteller. I love it when one of his bits comes on the comedy Channel on XM radio. And for Hollywood celebrity I don't ever remember any scandal being associated with him at all.

"A Face In The Crowd" is one of the most riveting movies I have ever seen.

Today's local paper had a cartoon picture of Andy dressed in his
sheriff''s outfit, walking on the clouds with a cane fishing pole over
his shoulder whistling a tune.
Very cool indeed.
