Roger Ebert

I didn't always agree with his opinions, but I would have defended his right to say them. He suffered a great deal in his last years but he wrote freely and openly about what his situation was, as well as creating a blog about his alcoholism and ongoing recovery in AA. He was no-holds-barred, stood up for his beliefs and I always admired that about him. Rest in peace, Roger. You were great. WC1
