Bobby Meeks, a long time employee of Vic Edelbrock Sr, passed away on 8-9-06 at the age of 85. Bobby was responsible for some of the quickest and fastest flatheads on the west coast. You can read more about him in Vic Edelbrocks' book " Edelbrock- Made in the USA" God speed Bobby, and thank you.

Mr. Meeks was one of those unsung heroes that all the racers seemed to know, but nobody else did. He quietly helped forge Edelbrock into the giant it is by taking care of racers and doing things the right way. Farewell, Mr. Meeks. bp
