Thanks, Billy, he is a great guy and he's been a lot of fun to work with. He didn't ask for this version...we had been working with the illustration I made from a photo he sent and all along I was playing with this on the side. I just like using pictures because they allow me to concentrate on the task at hand rather than get caught up in "peripherals" (the car details are already there in shiny, hi-res pixels), but I will hear from them today about this. They're very pleased with the graphics and they're gonna use it as a baseline for the painter to use (the racing association approved it). I told him that when I turn these over to the paint guy, then it's his art project from then on. He will make it better than the pictures show. That's always been the case, except for a couple of Max Naylor's cars where the painter duplicated what I had done. That was a thrill...to see something I did get stamped onto a Pro Stocker and there he is running it at an NHRA event. These guys are my kind of people and this could open up some doors out there for pctalent. If not, it was still good to make new friends and get to exercize some chops on a genuine motorsports graphic. Cheers, WC1
