Thanks Cat.
Stimpy, I too think the older cars have it all over the new ones!!
I also don't care for too many of the paint jobs on the newer cars.

Zappy, It'll be gold with blue accents. Something similar to my Pinto.
I can't wait to see it with color. They like it now HA, just wait till this year, We'll really WOW 'em. And T-shirts, oh yeah after it's painted we gotta have T-shirts.
(read the small print in my contract) I get a CREW shirt for the SOLID ROCK Stang. LOL

Zappy, I don't have the date for Martin yet. I'm guessing it will be the first half of September.
Zappy, T shirts are in the plan once the car is painted.

Nancy, I hope there is a lot more to come!!! LOL

I talked to one of pro70z28's neighbors yesterday at the Drag Expo about doing the paint once I get the car ready. His name is Dave Kovar, aka Fonz. He runs a TAFC and is an awesome painter from Cool City,...errr I mean Coal City!!!
He is in the process of finishing up a new shop.

BP, I got a copy of the Cruizin Times magazine January issue yesterday from Denny Salzwimmer. There's a great article in there about the Marion race with a nice burnout photo of my car. The caption mentions the Draglist decal which is prominent in the pic. I thought that was cool!!!!
Sorry I don't have a scanner.

I don't know Dave Kovar. I'm always surprised how many race cars there are in this area. Lot of cool cars around here behind garage doors.
15th Annual DRAGLIST Nationals Sometime in 2020. Somewhere in the USA.

Ok Rock keep me posted. I know it was delayed last year, thats why I can't recall the date. Oh, and I have another helper, If you need. My oldest wants to lift the body.

Zappy, I think the original date last year was Sept. 13, but it got rained out.

I don't think anyone will have a problem with him lifting the body. That thing is heavy.
