Here's were I'm at so far with the second little pete.

Frame is stretched, relocated the battery tray, lowered the seat pedestal, pre fit seats, narrowed the upper floor (for hood), added bracing to support hood, built hood brackets and added mounts, made bumper frame, added supports and fenders to the hood. Hood is ready for the grill work and also the bumper is ready for a stainless cap.

The customer wanted a tilt hood, but at the time she asked, I told her I wasn't sure I could do it. Well I did it! I'll know when she see's these pictures if she likes it.
Now comes the challenge of installing the frame work, angled windshield and mating up the hood with the front of the cab.

Note, The batteries on the floor are to simulate people weight. On a Ezgo cart, the front axle will kick out and forword as weight is added. I wanted to make sure and get the wheels centered in the fender opening.

No worry about that, their club only allows electric carts.

I need to build you one of these stimpy. You could use for hauling those light loads!

I am trying to get my boss ( GNOZ) to look at the pictures as he owns a trucking company and I think it would be a great addition to the fleet , he has a yamaha cart at the moment , I keep telling him it would look good pulling his Mustang thru the pits , he aint buying it .

Tell the Boss that it could be detailed to look just like the over the road trucks, lettering and all....and would be a complete write-off
