We did the fundraiser on Sunday for Billy (double lung transplant patient). We donated our Corvette funny car body, and the high bidder (Shannon Pate) took it home !! They had a Monster truck booked in and saved him a prominent spot right at the entrance... Monster truck broke and cancelled, when we showed up w/ the Vette body, they put it in his spot !! We did the cackle portion w/ the other funny car, altered, and a winged Sprint Car !! We ran our car on 20% Nitro, the smell was intoxicating, everyone was trying to stand in the cloud, and fanning the fumes towards their noses, even after I shut the car off, and climbed out I could still smell it, we gained a bunch of new fans that day !!

Freshened our motor up for 2017 season, switched to gap-less rings, advanced the cam, and got all the pesky oil leaks repaired too !! Took it over to Lakeland on a really breezy day, got blown around pretty good on the top end, but brought car home clean and dry

Thanks Bill !! Here is the version of the artwork that was approved for our car, we'll be flying their colors at our next event June 10th @ Lakeland, we are entering the No-Box Bracket race... My kid Brother Chris will also be there, running in the same class, I'm 55 and have been driving race cars since I was 15, I have never run against my Brother... But that will change in June, when we pair up in qualifying !! Game on little Bro, I'm coming for you
