Great updates!
A laymen may not know the man hours and costs involved simply mounting a body, but we do! THX!

Thanks Rick. As you know the devil is in the details. Roo knows all the tricks and what it needs and more importantly what it doesn't need. He has been to the GM wind tunnel which gives him some insight into things most chassis guys don't get to know about. That in turn makes our car better. 8)

Little things like mounting the front tree mounts outside of the upper frame rails. It keeps the front tree away from the tanks. So if a guy gets into trouble, the front tree won't puncture the fuel tank. That is just one of the million hidden things he does. That trick he developed over while working on Forces cars. 8)

Roo has been busy. Here are the latest photos of the car. I am digging the way the body sits on the chassis. 8)

Starting to fit the dash

A little more tree work. This is the mid tree in the middle of the body.

Cutting out around the injector and blower

Here is one of my favorite shots to date!

Depending on how things go, we might be headed back to Indy to retrieve the beast in about 2-weeks. Roo has worked like a mad man on this thing to get this much work done in this short amount of time. He is a true master of the game. 8)
