lOL thats pretty funny Stimpy, ok its a dodge Sport thanks for the insight heck I could tell you all the famous guys names that have driven this car but I couldnt tell you for the life of me who`s story is right and in what chronological order,..lol ,..Twig Ziegler, Kenny Goodell, Ron Huegli, Lou Sygro, Duwayne Franklin, Joe Miller that I know of, have driven and owned this car ..Thanks Gary, Bill,. ...I have a guy as of today trying to trade me for a basically all original 1973 flat nosed Vega with an original new J&E body,..Hmmmmmm I dont know, No changes on my direction and car at this point, Just have to see how hard the guy kicks my tires... :D

Couple of pics from today, mounted the windshield, rear spoiler, lower side chrome back on the body, mocked up the bell housing, and zoomies, did some cleaning of the roof and hatch, and front body tree, and then dreamed big.

Awesome! A Stimpy sighting! Thanks to Vic for pulling him back in! :)

I'm pretty sure we have an article on this car or at least some pretty good Flyin' Phil Elliott notes about it on the draglist entries for it.

I'll try to find the link and post it. bp

yea , for some reason I left the response thing open for the vega ,

yea the history of the Dodge Demon is a weird one at least , the only reason why the name was dropped was because of religous protests by Jimmy swaggerts crowd in 1972 , so Dodge changed the name to the Dart sport as it was a decent seller , they went as far as getting rid of the cool verticle slit tail lights , and went with the square blobs and still retained the low bumper , and retained the Duster coke bottle styling in the back which is what made them different they were going to drop the Sport concept and just leave the swinger ( the dart was more straight line ) . when I had mine I had people call it a Duster , Mustang ( because of the taillights ) , Chevelle . and Challenger .

Blower opening cut back open again that was glassed over and sealed is now brought back to how Lou Sygro had it. A little massaging of the
of the chrome blower surround, and a little glass work to the under side hood bracing and that will be done,..Step by step.
