Last year was at Super 8 which was next to Comfort Inn.

Thanks. I'm OK with either.. did anyone look at the Comfort Inn last year? Wonder if the amenities were significantly different? bp

Either one works for me. I still have it saved in the Garmin. Once I get to one I can find my way to the other.

Paul just show me this post about the Hotels for Cordova 2013. I did look into both Super8 and Comfort Inn for2013 just now, going on website prices Super 8 $58.39 - Comfort inn $ 105.00 . The difference is the Comfort Inn has a swimming pool hot tub and hot breaksfast with eggs, meat, yogurt, fresh fruit waffles cereal. Super 8 has no pool or tub and breaksfast is fresh fruit, cereal ,muffins. Now these are rates off website, when I call I can try towork out a deal, I did last year and the Comfort Inn's prices where still about $ 25.00 more. It's up to the group which place you want to go, just let me know. And I'll need a count of rooms.

I don't need those extra amenities... certainly not worth the extra money in my opinion anyway. bp

Ok gang, it's offical. Just got the 2013 WORLD SERIES dates off Cordova's site. AUG. 23 - 25.

Check it out, then scroll down several more stories to "OUT WITH THE OLD" and see they are adding 1,000 more seats of new grandstand for the 60th WSOD. They don't say "WHO" yet, but you know it will be a super show, with several classes featured.
