Lovely photo, Gary. I actually have never known much about that structure so I look forward to reading about it.

Wheelz, you are indeed right. I have not been there since and I'm sure I'll be moved. I have a picture of the kids in front of the twin towers from a trip to see the Lion King on Broadway when it first came out. bp

Thanks BP. I shot that from the hop-on-hop off trolley, only because the guide brought our attention to it.
15th Annual DRAGLIST Nationals Sometime in 2020. Somewhere in the USA.

I see on Yahoo news they are going to recert the old lock keeper's house on the mall in DC. I wonder if that'll happen by next DLN's. If it does, that would be monumental. :D

Good deal. I talked to Jason Miller by email yesterday. He wanted to confirm that I was still doing the presentations, etc. I said yes and that we had so much fun that we wanted to return for the DLNs. He said to work it out with our pal Dave Outten, who manages the nostalgia show. I am going to try for the same deal we had last year. bp

Same deal as last year would be great Bill.

Hey Boyd, A friend said he re bought his tix to Pomona for the winter nats, and saved $80 or $90,
because of fairs dropping so much. Maybe because of lower fuel cost, I don't know. Just wanted to pass on the info to you......

ROOMS: Everyone seemed well pleased with last years hotel. (COMFORT INN). If that's still ok, Linda will contact them after the holidays.
Some hotels won't take a booking until the year starts. We will be out of town for a week, but when we get home Linda will get right
on it and pass any & all info on. Last year we used 6 rooms, I'm thinkin the same this year. Maybe ask for 10 in case Randy, Io Al, or Billy
join us.

Be safe, drive VERY CAREFUL if out Wed nite !!! I want to see you ALL at the "MONUMENTAL" DLN X 2015.

HAPPY NEW YEAR

Zap & Linda
