Boyd the dates

Code: Select all

in
2017 should be 27-28 May. (Sat & Sun) Monday would be the breakfast, then folks head for home.

Also just a thought : IF you folks were to fly....would it help you to fly in Canada? What I mean is, you could fly into Windsor Ont. Linda & I could even pick you up at the airport, bring you to the states, then you can choose to get a rental car of your own, or ride with us to Ohio for the race.

Maybe this would help you two, I don't know ? You'll have to check that out. Detroit is right across the border from Windsor & is only 4 hrs drive to Salem Ohio. It would shortin up yer time away from home to a few days, where as to drive cross country & back yer gonna need 2 weeks or so.

We plan to go to Ohio a day or two early to sight see what ever Wheelz (Jack) has planned. So if you flew in say Wed, or Thur. then we pick you up at the airport & drive down to Salem, then see the sights a day or two, then Track Sunday, (possible Sat depending on IF, & WHAT the track books in.) Then Mon. after breakfast we drive you back to Windsor, you could fly out Mon. evening or Tue. AM.

Like I say, just a thought, lemme know if yer interested, and we can work out details that work best.

You are very welcome sir. Just trying to be helpful.

Did ya check into Windsor airport ?? If that will help ya, the offer stands my friend. I never even thought of Detroit, that would work great for us.
But it's totally up to you folks, what ever works best for you two, Windsor, Lansing, Toledo, Detroit, ect.

Thanks John, Linda looked into these. So far she still likes the one we stayed at in 2016, America Best Inn @ North Lima, only 14 min from track.
She is lookin forward to a conference with Gorilli to hammer out some details.
