Hello Bill,
I saw a reference on a search that mentioned Ray Romund possibly running my dads old Mr. Kim Corvette. I tried to open the thread from classicfunnycarboard, but had no luck. Do you have that photo?

OK, so far I have spoke with the second owner Louie Roundpoint. There are pictures on page 788 on the photos section at classicfunnycarboard.com with Ray Romund with the third incarnation featuring a 10-71/Hilborn and a fire suit/mask, (AA/FC)? I think this was taken at Mission Raceway in the mid to late seventies. I wondering if anyone remembers the car in the B.C. area or in Ca. when Romund running it. Unfortunately Romund passed away a few years ago and I think he lived in Orange County, Ca.

Yes, I saw Ray run at OCIR in 1977.
Boyd is from BC.. Do you remember this car? bp

I remember seeing that picture at the old Mission Raceway.I did see the car a few times,but never knew Ray.Sorry to say I have no information to help you.
