I'm looking for photos of this car with the number 221 on the wing. It would have been in 1994 and 1995 (Thanks for your help)

Is that the car that blew apart in the lights at Bristol?

James Morgan has this one http://www.draglist.com/Pictures/POD%20 ... 022001.htm

Same team, but different era. This is Bryan Greene, whom I've had the pleasure of announcing while he DROVE that bad Crown Vic funny car. Welcome to the board, Bryan. We should be able to track down a few photos of you in the car... bp

Welcome Bryan. I was there when it happened .. horrible site from the starting line. Come to think of it, I might have the incident on VHS tape. One of these days I'm gonna have to transfer them to cd's. Have you tried getting in touch with Carl? I have a couple of numbers for him .. or I can try calling for you, let me know.

I'm not announcing at Budds Creek since late 2001... been doing some Classic Thunder, a few guest gigs at the California Hot Rod Reunion, and of course, the Draglist Nationals at Eddyville, Iowa this summer! I miss the racers at the strip, but I sure don't miss being tied down every weekend! Since I retired from MIR, I finally have been able to travel around the country seeing some other great drag racing events. bp
