nostalgia fords

Postby mister406 » Thu Nov 27, 2008 8:13 am

Hello all, I own a 1962 Ford Galaxie,406/405 4 spd car. I am looking for pics of other 1962,s that where fairly famous back in the day. I have plenty of the more common cars, such as Dick Brannon,s, but, I am looking for others to make a sort of collage for display purposes. As a matter of interest, Mr. Dick Brannon drove my car in 2005 at a small dragstrip called Beaver Springs located in central Pa. at a nostalgia event
he went 2 tenths slower than I do. Not bad for a guy who had not driven a race car in almost 25 years. Thanks for any info leading to those pics..

Bob Fermier is probably the most famous 62 Galaxie racer there is. Do a search on his name, there is also some video of his new 62 on Youtube. Also lots of info on the FE forum at www.fordfe.com. Good luck!
