Anyone out there know of where I may be able to reach Mr. Bob Pickett, driver of the Mickey Thompson U.S. Marines funny car of old? I believe he is somewhere in Michigan, but can't locate. Want to request his signature on a banner of mine. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I really liked both his 60 era Vette F/C and the pearl yellow Javelin F/C that damn near killed him at OCIR. If possible have him come forth and speak about the time the car acted the Flying Nun.

Does Bob still race do you know? I remember seeing him drive years ago, he was a fun guy to watch. Would love to hear some stories from him.

Hi, Kimblez! Welcome to the group! Bob does not race anymore. The last draglist entry we have for him is in 1988. He was a great racer. bp
