Hi. We parted with Jason at 1:30pm today and headed back. We had a great weekend with him. I was so proud of how much more confident he's become after boot camp. He lost two pounds, but REALLY slimmed down and strengthened up. It was bittersweet parting today. Denise and I held the tears until we were walking hand in hand after saying goodbye. He's on his way now, and he's got a big future in front of him. We will travel to see him for Thanksgiving in November. bp

Emily is excited today... she got accepted to Bowling Green State University in Bowling Green, Ohio. That was her first pick... she got $5K in an academic scholarship and she will be considered for additional scholarships after she auditions for them. BGSU has a fantastic music program and would be a great fit for Emily. PLUS... she'll only be 2 hours West of Cleveland and all my Ohio family... Congrats, Em! bp
