Yup, Saturday is the day. I've got a sign to install once the wind dies down a little, then a quick layout for a truck, then I'm shuttin' down til Monday.

Tomorrow we go to decorate the church. I'm in charge of hangin' the white curtain thingy' from the ceiling. It's about a 25' to 30' trip to the top, so we get to haul out the electric lift. Weeeeeeeeee.......
Then I blew up & printed out some 18''x24'' pics of JD & Jenni. Mounted 'em on foam core. We're gonna' stick 'em on the wall in the reception area. Got baby pics all the way to adult and then a few of the 2 of 'em together. And ........... 1 48''x32'' pic of when they got engaged. JD's Dad video tapes weddings as a side line business, so he's makin' up a video of them similar to what i'm doin' with the prints. The family life center (reception hall) has 2 huge drop down screens to play it on. Worship center also has 2 big screens, so we're gonna' have some hi-tech fun. No embarracin' pics. tho ....... all in good taste. I haven't seen what JD's Dad has come up with yet, but it's sure to be a tear jerker. I've seen some of his work and he's very good at puttin' this kind of thing together. When people ask JD's Dad & I what we're doin' for the weddin'........... we just give 'em a grin and don't say a word.

Tomorrow night is rehersal, then weddin' Saturday afternoon. Might not get too much postin' in for awhile after tonight.

I fixed the first crisis of the weekend. Oh no, the unity candles don't fit the bases. So, I whittle em' down some. Drop some shavings down in the base. Get out the heat gun and heat up the bases 'til the wax is melted. Stick the candle in the base as it melts to conform to the base. Let 'em cool off. Presto, Dad's a hit. This weddin' stuff is just way too easy. HEHEHE

Oh, wait a minute. I'll be right back, nutter' crisis maybe???
