Here's where we go to kick back after the races with our pals. Pour a tall one, punch a few buttons on the jukebox, and relax...

Cinderella Man........
James J Braddock (wow)
Like Sea biscuit, Braddock was a hero for many hungry people (depression)and an inspiration for tough guys.....(Irishman 8) )

I thoroughly enjoyed this Ron Howard Movie
Russell Crowe was great in the role

Last Friday,Susan and I went to the afternoon show of Cars.Really enjoyed it.Good story, good moral,if parents took the time to explain. When we got out,we decided to go see "Over the hedge",what a riot it is really funny. My favorite scene,a bunch of forest critters are in a back yard when a big dog comes out.Instead of a big angry dog the cartoonists have this thing saying "play" instead of "Bark" or "Woof"I laughed my head off. This dog running around the yard going play, play, play, play.Well maybe you had to be there

I'm nicely surprised that Invincible led the box office for two straight weeks. Those sorts of movies usually don't lead the pack. Nice that folks are seeing it. Yes, the common man can STILL lead the way sometimes! As a high school graduate who's made it through luck and pluck myself, this movie speaks to me... bp
