Cool Mike! A favorite of mine is the Steve Evans production, "Be There". Lots of old drag strip radio spots and some great fuel car sounds!

Wow! that's cool and most likely quite valuable too. I'll bet there's a drag racing memorabilia collector out there who would give his first born for that album.

I have a record player out in the garage, I'm pretty sure it will play anything from 16 - 78 rpm records, so I should be "Good To Go" :D

8) in the early 60's uncle Curt gave my dad a record album called Big Sounds of the Drags but i don't recall the cover art.. Mike your's does not look familur to me.... i have no idea where it went.. i still have some boxes to go through........

I did a Google search after he dropped it off this morning, all I kept seeing was the one you mentioned, and then I saw this one a few times. It came out in 1963. The highest price I saw for it was $20.00. I think I'll hang on to it for a while.
