Got this via email...

hey guys looking for a little help on setting up clutching . I'm pulling hard to 115 but i just cant get over that for some reason. i have checked the basics and i know I'm not getting a full shift as the rpm does not climb. thanks, Joe

Joe,

I am not real sure I understand exactly what you are asking. However MPH is a product of engine RPM-Gear Ratio-Tire size. It might be you are running out of engine, not clutch. Check your valve springs and fuel flow.
