you want some angulation in your u joints or they will ride on (load) the same needles every time and wear out VERY quickly, all the research i've done on the subject says that you want your driveline to be straight with the yokes at full load, so you have to build in some angulation ( nose down in relation to the driveshaft ) however the more angle, the more power it takes to turn. i guess the key is to experiment and see what works for you. most guys i know run 2 degrees nose down, and that's where i'm starting with my new car.
