Thanks to Zappy, Diana and Wally for the very kind words. We're having fun! The Wally Bell Show...what can you say, in my opinion it is without question the crown jewel of Zeus Internet Radio...Wally, Gordy, Jeff and their guests provide a truly delightful 2 hours every Wednesday evening (Bobby Unser first hour then Wally's show)...it's drag racing nirvana, like Diana said...all of it rocks!
When Big Stick gets that new CD out, I'd like to feature it in my music segment. Not just the new one, either. ALL of y'all's music...
Last night's show was a major hoot with Bubba Corzine...he's done it all...a down-to-earth guy with a sense of humor but he also talks straight-out without any politically-correct re-phrasing of his thoughts and words...an incredible hour was spent with him and I hope we do a part 2 with him next year! Thanks Bret for calling in, you guys had us rolling on the floor...
The upcoming anniversary show will feature the music of 1979 (Raymond Beadle's first NHRA Funny Car championship year) and 1997 (Gary Scelzi's first NHRA Top Fuel championship year)...both years featured perhaps the best music of their respective decades.
