Glad your daughter got to visit. Hoping you feel better and better. Back home to reality and off to work tomorrow. bp

Morning folkz. Insurance lady is coming to look at the Mercruiser this afternoon and I believe she will pronounce it DOA. I started looking at it and even though the frame wasn't hit due to the overall value of it as a 2003 will terminate any chances of it being rebuilt. The passenger's seat is broken and either ripped from the floor or the track is broken and the reclining adjustment mechanism is ruined and the driver's seat is all askew too. We got whacked pretty good that's for sure. The tailpipe had to be cut off so I could drive it home and it sounds like it tore something else loose upwards of the tailpipe as it is a little louder than before. I found another one similar to it with 29K miles on it so we will be looking at that one for a replacement.

Sorry the ol' cruiser will be retired Jack. They don't make many Mercruisers anymore.

Very hot yesterday and it's heading for very hot again today after a 75°f overnight low.

Morning actually slept through the sunrise today. Day 23 at the Nothing you can eat Resort. One tube removed yesterday but another added in the afternoon. It looks as though the internal infection has been cured

Boyd & Susan you were missed terribly, as were all the other regulars. We had beautiful weather, great racing, and some laughs too. The hotel Linda has us at has a very nice breakfast, cooked to order eggs/omlets, waffles, { both regular & chocolate chip } sausage, potatoes, oatmeal, biscutes & gravy. It was so nice we even held our traditional farewell breakfast right there both years. No plastic forks & paper plates, oh no, real dishes & silverware & table cloths. ******We are going back again next year.******

We toured a real neat home built over a creek complete with waterfall. Also visited the Flight 93 Memorial
