You heard right, with the way they are designed you get excellent gear life, but you don't want to take one apart, not unless you have an evening & some tin1's for the project. Didn't have any tin1's while working on it but sure did afterwards.Those strange top loader's are good rear ends but I hear they are a bear to work on.
