Mr. Jean, great site, thanks. I'm gonna check it out.

Got an AD in the mail today from Younkers, they've got a one day only sale 50% off Wed. only "NEXTAR X3BC 4.3" LCD touch screen-Maps all 50 states + Canada - speech pronounces all street names, home and car charger included, and a "FREE" back-up camera. $299.99. (reg.$600.)

Sounds great, but I never heard of Nextar???

Hmm, can't comment on them. I've not heard of them either, be careful. I do chat with over a hundred different Corvette guys and gals that use Garmin and love them. Garmin got a great rating and hard to beat. 8) Costco has a 299.00 deal right now on the 650 unit, check it out.

its the StreetPilot c330...

all I have to say is this thing is awesome...normally when i go to a new place, it could take awhile to find the particular jobsite...I have been using MapQuest for the last 2 years and this by far surpasses that...Today I tested it out and it took me from home to a job in Newton, IA, then it took me to get my last logo for my WFAN video in Des Moines, then it took me to the current job in omaha and then found me a decent motel without the hassle of me driving around for hours looking...If you miss your turn it recalculates a new route to fix the wrong turn...I am happy as can be!

When we go the wrong way, she (Rhoada) says recalculating and we laugh. It almost sounds like she's giving us a little attitude. We call it Rhoda, for road assistant. :D Trust us Zappy, you'll like having one. 8)

I once went to the store to buy a GPS, but got lost on the way.

Just like cell phones, not long ago nobody had one - now we can't live without one.
