hey Flyin'.. ever heard of a town called Nixa Mo. down your way ? my dad went to visit a friend and looked at a home going up for $157,00.00 that up this way would sell for over $225,00.00 or so... just curious

yea, i go to nixa to get my nitrous bottles refilled, bout an hour and a half from me, bout 30 minutes from the track, close to springfeild where there are lots of jobs, nice town.

thanks... dad is thinking about heading down that way.. selling the big house here in st.louis county.. which was built in 1962... where we all grew up in..... to me it's just a big box and i told him do it... my sister (women ) is upset about it because of sentimental stuff..Isaid put all the sentimental stuff in the moving boxes and hang it all back up in the new house
