Thanks everyone I had a great day.
It was good to see Tom Hoover again. We got to chat with him and his wife for quite a while between him stopping by our pit and hanging at Gary Turner's. I kept Gary's rig at the shop for the last few weeks since the Cordova race. Gary has a great group of guys who race with him, and Cory Lee and Super Dave used to work on Tom's cars.
I assume most everyone by now has heard of the 2nd car of Doc Halladay's that will be run as the Showtime Vette. Jerry Newman will have his hands full running both cars plus the other ones he helps out.
Just for the record, I am a proud member of the "Jerry's Kids" Nitro Helper tuning club. 2-years seniority, but still stuck in Kindergarten classes.
