Just got back home read the posts here - glad u two are ok - thats a little too close. Never been through one myself but a small F-0 (the smallest tornado) wiped out my mom's garage a couple of years ago but did no damage to her house 30ft away. Not something that anyone wants to go through more than once.

Thanks everyone. No WC, not any practice at all. Just done what we heard you were to do if a tornado was coming. But then again, Heidi was the only one that followed the rules. I wanted to know if this thing was going to hit us or not. When we heard on the police scanner where they said the powerlines were down and it was moving east to west, I was trying to get my bearing on our position. So I stayed outside close to the door at the house just incase I had to run inside quick. They didn't say on the scanner how fast it was moving but your right WC, there wasn't much time at all to think about it. It was gone as fast as it came. I know one thing from now on. When we hear there's a severe thunderstorms coming our way, we are going to seek shelter in a safe place. We are going to be ready if there's a next time.

The national weather service had to come to Wooster and confirm it was a tornado. NO SH-T!!!  I was sure that's what I seen! But here there is report.
It was a F2, 130mph winds, 200 yards wide, and was on the ground for 12 miles. And again the best part, no fatalities, no injuries. Woo hoo!
