All went well with the my side of the trip. Nitro cart now in the hands of Rapid and mrnorm. I'll let Randy post the happening, he's much better at that than me.

I can say it was a pleasure meeting Randy, Norm and Roo and listening to Roo stories over dinner. I had a great time even though the meeting was way to short!!!
Daryl,

Thanks again for that cart. It is going to be so cool to ride that beast around. 8) Your buddy was so funny. I am glad he came along. He kept cracking me up with his lets get rolling comments. :D We really appreciated the Motel deal as well. Hope you can make one of the races this summer. :D

I can tell you kids one thing. After Norm and Rapid's 1st road trip adventure, that boy is gonna fit in just fine around here. In fact he might be a bit more of a prankster than any of us. He kept me in stitches all weekend. We will have to get him to tell us the story at Draglist Nat's of his "Crew Guy" choices and who gets to be in charge of the team!!! LMAO

You guys are most welcome, just trying to do what I can as a crew member. My buddy John,  he would have made a great trail boss back in the old west!

You bet were going to make at least one of your races this year. Will you be at Norwalk? Indy? Hopefully it will workout so we can do what I asked you about. :D

That's the way rapid, and novel – T, keep working on them. I have been doing the same thing. Both Daryl and his lovely wife Heidi, are friendly great folks. Definitely our kind of people. I know they would enjoy themselves with us.

(PS) Randy you said Indy, do you mean for the nationals?? Or some other event?? If so – when??

The race at Indy is October 6-9 and is the last race of the year for the DRO series. We'll probably need to run 5W-30 in the motor. :)
