Oct 6-9 Indy got it. Tell you what, early October in Indiana you won't need 14/32 snow tires. (We hope ) And on the plus side, the cool temps should make the track nice and tight, and that cool dense air will make big horsepower.
With the proper track prep, you guys may very well run your best ET of the season.

that's what I'm thinking T00 Randy, I have got it penciled in on my " tentative '11 races". I haven't seen any of those DRO series races yet. Might just be time to try one....

The race at Indy is October 6-9 and is the last race of the year for the DRO series. We'll probably need to run 5W-30 in the motor. :)
Now you know why us superstock racers had block and pan heaters for .. but the pain was running the chains on the big slicks !

and Daryl you better come to the Nats !! and bring some oxygen when you do as you'll laugh your but off at times ..

There is a major meeting in Minn this weekend. We are going to build engine #1 for the Sin City team.

Jerry is going to head over today, Norm and I are heading up tonight. We will be working at Doc Halladay's race shop over the weekend. Greg had a prior committment and can't make it.

Roo has been sending me updates as he goes along on the body. Things are getting pretty exciting for us right now. 8)

We went to Minn for the engine building class from Mr. Jerry Newman at Doc Halladays race shop. It turned out to be quite a weekend. There was a photo shoot going on with a model and the new Showtime Vette. I would say there was at least 40-people in and out of there over the weekend. I will try to type more tonight but here are a few photos to get the ball rolling. :D
