IHRA Nitro Jam Summer Nationals At Cordova International Raceway Postponed Due To Weather, Will Resume Sunday, May 31
CORDOVA, ILLINOIS (May 30, 2015) — Rain forced IHRA officials to postpone today’s final qualifying session and eliminations for the Nitro Jam Summer Nationals at Cordova International Raceway in Cordova, Illinois.
Sportsman qualifying will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Sunday with final qualifying for Nitro Jam classes scheduled to start at 11 a.m. Eliminations will follow qualifying.
All spectators holding Saturday Nitro Jam tickets will be admitted on Sunday and they may bring one guest with them (per ticket) for free admission.
NOTES: Larry Brancaccio was involved in an accident after running off the end of the drag strip during the second round of Nitro Harley qualifying Friday night. The Nutley, New Jersey, rider was transported to a local hospital for evaluation.
