Coming up Monday, August 17th, 2015 at 8 PM Eastern on Racin’ and Rockin’ with DragList.com, Bill Pratt will host a visit with one of Drag Racing’s most famous and inspiring men, the one and only Jay Blake! Jay’s team is named “Follow A Dream”, and they have done just that. Coming off a National Event win and running competitively in the LODRS group with driver Todd Veney, Jay is succeeding as the team owner and crew chief despite having been blinded in an accident several years ago. We will be honored to have Jay Blake with us for Monday’s show!
My commentary will focus on Drag Racing and Rock ‘n Roll, and how the two are one and the same. For my segment’s Racer of the Week, I will post the graphic and details tomorrow for JB’s Pick: Rex and Monique Duckett of PitRat Racing from Otaki, New Zealand. Their ’88 Corvette Stingray is an outstanding competitor in the NZDRA’s Top Street category. I’m looking forward to featuring PitRat Racing as Racer of the Week!
