Santa Ana, CA (February 3, 2017) – NMRA kicks off the 2017 season at Bradenton Motorsports Park the weekend of March 2-5 for one of the biggest, most celebrated all-Ford motorsport events of the year! The 23nd Annual Nitto Tire NMRA Spring Break Shootout presented by Muscle Mustangs and Fast Fords magazine features wild, heads up drag racing, huge UPR Products all-Ford car show, giant manufacturer’s midway and more. Every year, NMRA drag racing starts in Bradenton, Florida with record-setting weather and one of the best racing surfaces in the country for NMRA competitors!

The NMRA Keyst one  Automotive Ford Nationals Series has a little bit of everything for the racing fan – from the hardcore Street Outlaw class with 3,000+ horsepower turbo- and supercharged door-slammers, to the heavy hitters of the Renegade class shooting for glory with their state-of-the-art small-block Ford engines plus special race classes like Outlaw True Street, Modular Xtreme, EcoBoost Battle and the Spring Break,Terminator/GT500, Turbo Coyote and Stick Shift Shootouts.

On Saturday, March 4 Street Outlaws’ Bobby Ducote and BoostedGT will be set-up on the midway with a huge match race planned for the afternoon. BoostedGT will be racing his yellow JMS Chip-sponsored turbocharged ’03 SVT Cobra and Bobby Ducote will line up in his all-new nitrous-gulping ’86 Mustang. The NMRA Spring Break Shootout also features one of the largest manufacturers midways of the year, a huge used parts swap meet, burnout contest, the awesome UPR Products All-Ford Car Show,

The weekend also features a huge UPR Products All-Ford Car Show, where hundreds of participants will show off their amazing late and early-model Mustangs & Fords. It’s one of the biggest all-Ford car shows of the year with some of the best Mustangs in the area and awards presented on both Saturday and Sunday. This event also includes one of the largest all-Ford manufacturers’ midways with representatives to answer all of your product questions and a swap meet with hundreds of hard-to-find used parts.
