EJK Insurance Inc. to Sponsor Joe Morrison at Indy 3 National Event

Flemington, NJ – When NHRA Top Fuel Driver Joe Morrison ended up missing the show at the recently completed Lucas Oil Summernationals by 0.003-seconds, he thought to himself, “that’s nothing new to a seasoned bracket racer”. Fortunately, he won’t have to wait too long to make another stab at qualifying, as EJK Insurance Inc. has partnered with Morrison and the Leverich Racing team for the upcoming National Event to be held at Lucas Oil Raceway August 8th and 9th in Brownsburg, Ind.

As part of the marketing partnership with NHRA’s newest professional drag racer, EJK Insurance and Leverich Racing are offering a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity – a VIP Top Fuel Experience at the 2020 NHRA Nationals at Maple Grove Raceway.

The contest, which is 100 percent free to enter with no commitment or strings attached will reward the grand prize winner with a pair of tickets on September 12th, 2020, a personal meet and greet with Joe Morrison, a behind the scenes tour of Leverich Racing’s Top Fuel pit, and an up close experience as they warm up their 11,000 horsepower nitro engine – along with their patented DOUBLE THROTTLE WACK.

For EJK Insurance Inc. founder Ed Krajewski Jr., who races frequently at Beaver Springs Dragway, the sponsorship with Morrison and the Leverich team gives him a great opportunity to introduce a new motorsports insurance program, backed and supported through Hagerty. It allows racers and collectible car owners to protect their race cars, street legal race cars, classic, modified, or collector cars as it’s in transit to and from their favorite venues.

“Many people don’t realize that their race car or motorcycle is not covered while being towed, in storage or even in their garage – unless they have a policy specifically covering the vehicle,” stated Krajewski. “Our policies offer that coverage, limited collision coverage in pit and paddock areas as well as coverage for spare parts and tools.”

For driver Joe Morrison, the partnership with EJK Insurance, Inc. is two-fold. First, it gives him an opportunity to introduce the motorsports insurance platform to hundreds of thousands watching the NHRA broadcast on Fox Sports One. And second, as an owner of a nostalgia blown alcohol fiat, an opportunity to speak intelligently about the need for this type of insurance protection.

“A few years ago, a good friend of mine experienced an accident that destroyed one of his race cars, and serious damage to his trailer. It took more than a year to collect a portion of what they thought were covered,” noted Morrison. “Our goal is to ensure everybody knows that many motorsports insurance policies simply don’t offer the expanded coverage as EJK Insurance, Inc. I hope everybody signs up for the contest, as I’ve been wanting to give a VIP experience with a car I actually drive for an exceptionally long time.”

The EJK Insurance, Inc motorsports insurance policy is backed by Hagerty Classic Car Insurance, a proven leader in high-performance vehicle insurance protection.
