NOTE: Reigning Funny Car world champion Austin Prock won for the second time this year at zMAX Dragway when he won the NHRA 4-Wide Carolina Nationals. Prock ran a 3.912-second pass at 332.43 mph to win over Matt Hagan, Daniel Wilkerson and Chad Green in the final round at the second race of the Countdown to the Championship playoffs.

Glenn defeated the competitors in his quad made up of reigning world champion Greg Anderson, six-time world champ Erica Enders and Aaron Stanfield when he clocked a 6.554-second pass at 209.95 mph at the second race of the Countdown to the Championship playoffs.
